What is SpermRace?

A browser game. Everyone starts together in an arena. Your cell leaves a trail behind it, and touching any trail, yours or someone else's, puts you out. The arena gets smaller over time. The last cell still alive wins. A match takes about 2 minutes.

How do I steer?

Is it free?

Free practice is always open: you against computer players (bots), no wallet, no sign-up, no money involved. Your first matches have only 3 to 5 bots and a gentler arena; from the fourth match it is the full field of 7.

How do paid rooms work?

What do I need to play for money?

A Solana wallet app, for example Phantom, with enough SOL for the entry fee and the network fee. You must be 18 or older and allowed to play skill games with prizes where you live. See the Terms for the excluded places.

How is the winner paid?

Automatically, on the Solana blockchain, a few seconds after the match ends, to the wallet you joined with. Every payout is a public blockchain transaction you can look up.

When do I get my entry fee back?

Refunds are sent automatically to the wallet you paid from, minus the Solana network fee (5000 lamports, a tiny fraction of a cent).

What if my connection drops during a paid match?

You have 10 seconds to come back: reconnect or reload the page and you rejoin the same match. After that, you count as out, the same as being eliminated.

Is it gambling?

No. The result depends on how you play, not on luck. Practice is free so you can learn before you pay anything.

Something went wrong. Who do I contact?

Email support@spermrace.io. For a payout problem, write within 7 days with your wallet address and the match time.
