1. What SpermRace.io Is

SpermRace.io is a browser-based skill game. Players compete in real-time matches — the last player alive wins the prize pool. Outcomes are determined by player skill, not chance. Entry fees and prize payouts are processed on the Solana blockchain.

SpermRace.io is not a gambling platform. It is a game of skill similar to competitive esports tournaments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in paid matches.
You must not be located in a jurisdiction where skill gaming with prizes is prohibited.
Residents of the following US states are not permitted to enter paid matches: Washington, Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee. This list may be updated.
You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local laws.

3. Entry Fees & Payouts

Entry fees are paid in SOL (Solana) at the time of joining a tournament lobby.
The prize pool is the sum of all real-player entry fees in a match. Bot-filled slots do not contribute to the prize pool.
The winner receives 85% of the prize pool. The remaining 15% is a platform fee.
Payouts are sent automatically on-chain within seconds of a match ending.
If a lobby is cancelled before the match starts, entry fees are automatically refunded minus a 5000 lamport network fee.
Displayed prize amounts (e.g. "up to $13.60") represent the maximum possible payout with a full lobby of paying players. Actual payouts depend on the number of real players who join.

4. Fair Play

Using bots, automation, exploits, or any tool to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Collusion between players (e.g. deliberately letting another player win) is prohibited.
We reserve the right to disqualify players and forfeit prizes for violations.
Multiple accounts are not permitted.

5. Wallet & Blockchain

You are solely responsible for your Solana wallet and private keys.
Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.
We are not responsible for network outages, failed transactions, or blockchain congestion beyond our control.

6. Disputes

If you believe a payout was incorrectly processed, contact us at support@spermrace.io within 7 days with your wallet address and match details. We will investigate using on-chain records and audit logs.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpermRace.io is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from smart contract errors, network failures, or third-party wallet issues beyond the amount of your entry fee for the affected match.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on spermrace.io.
