Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026 · SpermRace.io

SpermRace.io is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

1. What We Collect

Data	Why	Kept for
Solana wallet address	Authentication, payouts, leaderboard	Indefinitely (public on-chain)
Game results (wins, kills, prize amounts)	Leaderboard, ELO ratings, dispute resolution	Indefinitely
IP address prefix (hashed)	Abuse prevention — detecting coordinated multi-accounting	30 days
Session data (localStorage)	Remembering your nickname and class preference — stored only in your browser, never sent to our servers	Until you clear browser storage
Anonymous visit counts	Daily totals such as how many times the landing page was opened or a practice match started or finished, and the tag of the link used (for example ?ref=share). Totals only: no ID, no IP address, no wallet, nothing that tells one visitor from another	Up to 400 days
Error logs (via Sentry)	Debugging crashes and technical issues	30 days

2. What We Don't Collect

Name, email address, or phone number
Payment card data (all payments are on-chain via your wallet)
Location data beyond what's needed for jurisdiction checks
Browsing history outside spermrace.io

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage only to remember your in-game preferences (nickname, class selection, whether you've played before). This data never leaves your device.

4. Blockchain Data

Your wallet address and all on-chain transactions (entry fees, payouts) are publicly visible on the Solana blockchain. This is inherent to how blockchain technology works and is outside our control.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase — our database provider, hosted in the EU. Stores game results and leaderboard data.
Helius — Solana RPC provider. Proxied through our server; your IP is not exposed to Helius directly.
Sentry — error monitoring. May capture anonymised stack traces and device info when errors occur.
Our own web server hosts the site. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) are kept for 14 days, then deleted.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold that is not required for fraud prevention or legal compliance. Because your wallet address and game results are part of a shared leaderboard, we may retain anonymised aggregates. To request deletion, email support@spermrace.io.

7. Children

SpermRace.io is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the platform, contact us and we will delete their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on spermrace.io. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
